Whichever floor plan best fits your lifestyle, every apartment offers an extensive array of amenities you’d expect to find in only the finest of residences.
2 Bedroom
Summer House has spacious two bedroom – two bath floor plans that will fit almost any need. Some models offer double master suites or optional dens, and our corner floor plan showcases a contemporary layout with an expanded balcony area for outside entertaining. Every model has a master bath with garden tub and double vanities, and all feature balconies, great room living-dining areas, walk-in closets, full size in suite washer and dryer and modern kitchens with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Regardless of the floor plan you choose, you’ll find the appointments and quality you’d expect from a luxury apartment.
3 Bedroom
A select number of three bedroom, double bath floor plans offer the most spacious and well appointed luxury apartments you’ll find anywhere in Virginia Beach. 200 square foot master suites feature a private sitting area or double walk-in closets, garden tub and double vanity; while a 400 square foot great room living and dining area opens out on your own balcony. The two additional bedrooms are large enough to accommodate two double or one queen bed, or use one for an office/den or guestroom. Both models have full size in suite washer and dryer, modern kitchens with granite counters, solid wood cabinetry, and full sized stainless steel appliances. Whichever model you choose, you won’t be disappointed, but act quickly as there are only a limited number of three bedroom apartments available.
